  They lost my service. I went it to have balloons filled, that I had purchased online. They didn't carry them. I was charged the price of that they would sell the balloons for PLUS the helium. I had paid about $20 for the balloons on ebay, then paid over $35 to have them filled here. I asked them why on earth do I have to pay them for balloons that I bought elsewhere and was told it was because they were a new item and weren't offered at their store??? Not sure what the logic is. I used to shop there all the time. I have never had problems before. I have had them fill them before as well, wihout being charged for the balloons.
