She was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing process, and very much a people person! The process was easy, and she walked us through our timeline of receiving the rings we ordered. She had all of our paperwork ready for each visit, and even packaged everything nicely with appraisals as well. Would definitely recommend her, and the services she offers at Flora Gems.
